The scariest umbilical cord we've discussed so far, Apep first appeared in episode 26, Apep a.k.a. The Frappening.
Description
You've heard of Ra, you've heard of umbilical cords. This creatch is the first to combine them both to get Apep, the snake/umbilical cord of Ra. He was thrown in the trash by the doctor after Ra's birth, having not known it was a snake actually.
Apep is the Egyptian god of chaos, and is most commonly embodied as a 50 foot long snake, also known as a 15 meter snake, also known as a 16 yard snake. He is the opponent of light and truth, like as in if there was a debate and one side was light and truth, he'd be the opposite side. He often fights light by putting up a mirror to reflect the rays right back at the sun, or by drawing the blinds shut on his windows. He's basically Voldemort, and "Your mama" is Harry Potter. We're not sure what Velija meant by that.
Ra is the solar "day-ity" heh, or deity, bringer of light, upholder of truth, and breaker of most chains. This is the reason why Apep and Ra are enemies.
Apep was said to live the Underworld, a nightclub whose name is actually spell "_(-Score)Wrld".
Abilities
Apep has skin made of flint, a loud ass roar, and other serpent things.
He is weak to many things:
Spitting Upon Apep
Defiling Apep with the Left Foot
Taking a (person named) Lance to Smite Apep
Fettering Apep
Taking a Knife to Smite Apep
Putting Fire Upon Apep

The only creature thought to be able to defeat Apep was Set.
Apep cries out, "I will perform you will, Ra, I will act properly! I will act peacefully, Ra!"
Set replies, "Bring your ropes, Ra! That Apep may fall to your snaring or be trapped by the gods of north, south, east, and west in their traps...All is now well, Ra! Proceed in peace! And you, Apep! Down! Away, Apep, Enemy of Ra!"
Remember Set lost his balls fighting with Horus. Apep yells back in a condescending tone, "But what you felt is worse than the sting of the scorpion. What she did to you was so dire that you will suffer from its effect forever! You will never go a-courting, you will never make love!"
Set is legit pissed by this wicked burn and attempts to merc Set, "Apep, Enemy of Ra! Turn your face away! Ra hates the very sight of you."
Set then cuts Apep's head off, throws it to the side and exclaims, "Your head is crushed, Groundling! Your bones are broken up and your flesh cut in pieces. Ra has consigned you to the Earth Dragon, Apep! Enemy of Ra!"
